The BerkShire Cottage

Our second largest cottage, the BerkShire cottage is 3,200 sq. ft., complete with rustic yet modern design! This cottage has 4 bedrooms, two of which have a king size bed, and two have double queen beds. With an additional two twin size sleeper sofas, this cottage can accommodate up to 14 people. The first floor features a gorgeous residential style kitchen and dining space, as well as a spacious great room. The great room features a stone gas fireplace and can be arranged to accommodate a small gathering.  Alike with the other cottages, the BerkShire cottage also has a personal gas grill, picnic table and a washer & dryer. Enjoy the sunset on the lake from the wrap around porch, or the second floor balcony.
