Lakehouse Lodge
The flagship of our cottages! Waterfront with exceptional views. This house has it all, massive 1100 square floor living room with window wall overlooking the lake.
Vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, dining area and multiple sitting areas to enjoy. Gorgeous kitchen with dual ovens, 8 burner stove top, double wide refrigerator, stand up freezer, warming drawers, ice machine, two sinks, two dishwashers and wine fridge.
Two half bathrooms and a pantry round out the first floor. Upstairs you'll find four bedrooms all with their own private en-suite bathrooms.
Three bedrooms feature king size beds and the fourth offers four twin bunks.
Complete with full size washer and dryer as well as wrap around porch with outdoor fireplace and two screen rooms.

Berkshire Cottage
Four bedrooms, four full baths. First floor offers plenty of space with dining room, full kitchen, two sitting areas, a half bathroom with full size washer and dryer, a bedroom with king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. On the second level you'll find a loft space with twin size sleeper sofa and a balcony. Down the hall there are two bedrooms each featuring two queen size beds and their own en-suite bathrooms with tub/shower combo. In the master there is a king size bed as well as a twin sleeper sofa and another en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. On the porch there is more seating areas including a large dining room table and chairs as well as a screen porch with its own gas fireplace.

Greylock Cottage
Three bedrooms, three and a half bathroom waterfront cottage. First floor offers living room with gas fireplace, dining table, full kitchen as well as a bedroom with king size bed, a full bathroom with shower and a half bathroom with full size washer and dryer. The second floor features a loft space with queen size sleeper sofa as well as two bedrooms with king size beds and both featuring en-suite bathrooms with shower.

Holiday Cottage
Three bedroom, three and a half bathroom cottage. Each bedroom offers a king size bed and en-suite bathroom.

Water access including use of kayaks, paddle boards, peddle boat and canoe.
Artists Cottage

Bring your own boat or Jet Ski and dock it at The Lake House Guest Cottages of the Berkshires’ private boat launch.
Autumn on the Pontoosuc brings renowned Berkshire foliage, crisp fall days, and spectacular sunsets. And in the winter, cozy up next to your personal stone gas fireplace after an active day of ice fishing, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing.
